Dear Students, Faculty, Staff, and Supporters,
Education is a powerful tool for nation-building and societal progress. It plays a crucial role in shaping individuals into responsible citizens and preserving cultural values while advancing civilization. Through education and discipline, we can eradicate social evils and foster a more progressive society. Higher education is essential in developing ideal citizens, and it was with this vision that the foundation of our college was laid.

At RBSRDR, we are dedicated to shaping the future of education and professional excellence. As the Director of this esteemed institution, it is my privilege to lead a community of passionate educators, dedicated professionals, and aspiring leaders across various industries, including healthcare and beyond. Our goal is to instill discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of duty in our students while fostering their holistic growth—both intellectually and morally.

To ensure a well-rounded education, we offer Intercollege programs (I.A., I.Sc., I.Com.), Degree programs in B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., and B.Ed. approved by Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Additionally, keeping in mind the growing needs of society, we have been offering various professional programs in Pharmacy and Nursing. In Pharmacy, we have been offering D.Pharm and B.Pharm courses since 2020-2021, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, and the Health Department, Government of Bihar and Bihar University of Health Sciences. In Nursing, we offer Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programs, approved by the Health Department, Government of Bihar; Bihar Nursing Registration Council; and Bihar University of Health Sciences.

To meet and exceed industry benchmarks, we emphasize structured, industry-integrated curricula and innovative pedagogical tools. Our ‘Mentor-Mentee’ guidance and counselling system ensures continuous support, preparing students for professional success.
